Teagan Gleeson
Exercise Physiologist and Clinical Pilates Instructor (mat and reformer)

Teagan has completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is qualified in Clinical Pilates and has done courses on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. Teagan loves working on all things pelvic floor and core, particularly with injury rehabilitation. Teagan is passionate about providing high quality care and compassion to all her client sessions.
