Exercise Physiology
Our Exercise Physiologists are movement specialists, trained to help manage and treat a multitude of conditions. An Exercise Physiologist differs greatly from a Personal Trainer in a gym, having completing a university degree and are are accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia. We are specialised in helping you improve your health and wellbeing and continue doing the things you love.
We can help with
- Chronic disease management – osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, depression, PTSD, cancer, obesity, asthma, COPD, diabetes and cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal conditions/injuries and injury prevention
- Neurodevelopment disorders (ASD/ADHD) – improve sensory regulation, balance, mobility, postural awareness, movement coordination and activities of daily living
- Strength and conditioning – speed and agility, power and strength development, biomechanics, fitness testing and exercise technique
- Work related injuries and rehabilitation
- Falls prevention
- Post surgery and joint replacement rehabilitation
- Chronic pain specialising in the biopsychosocial approach to managing chronic pain

Dietetics
Our Dietitian has many years of experience in the nutrition and
dietetics space. She has a special interest in eating disorder and gut health management, as well as paediatric nutrition and fussy eating in both children and adults. She is extensive experience in using dietary interventions and guidelines to help manage many chronic health conditions such as;
