Exercise Physiology

Our Exercise Physiologists are movement specialists, trained to help manage and treat a multitude of conditions. An Exercise Physiologist differs greatly from a Personal Trainer in a gym, having completing a university degree and are are accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia. We are specialised in helping you improve your health and wellbeing and continue doing the things you love.

  • Chronic disease management – osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, depression, PTSD, cancer, obesity, asthma, COPD, diabetes and cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal conditions/injuries and injury prevention

Our Dietitian has many years of experience in the nutrition and
dietetics space. She has a special interest in eating disorder and gut health management, as well as paediatric nutrition and fussy eating in both children and adults. She is extensive experience in using dietary interventions and guidelines to help manage many chronic health conditions such as;
